Delhi Judicial Academy is publishing its Journal quarterly to convey new ideas, techniques,

innovations and development in the field of law to the Judicial Officers.  Journal is essential

to carry to the readers research made in the field of law and latest judgments delivered by 

the Superior Courts. 

     Hon’ble The Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi is the Patron-in-Chief of Journal.  There is 

     Advisory Committee comprising of Hon’ble Judges of High Court of Delhi including Members 

     of Judicial Officers Training Programme Committee for Journal publication. The Editorial 

     Board comprises of Chairman, Editor and Associate Editor. Hon’ble Chairman of Judicial

     Officers Training Programme Committee is the Chairman of Editorial Board; Director, Delhi

     Judicial Academy is the Editor and Additional Director and Joint Director are the Associate 

     Editors of Journal.

 Academy published its First Issue in July 2002, which was released by Hon’ble Mr. 

Justice B.N. Kirpal, Chief Justice of India.  Academy has already published five Issues 

of the Journal.  Hon’ble Ms. Justice Usha Mehra, Judge, High Court of Delhi released 

Volume 2 Issue III of Journal on 27th September 2003 .

 Hon’ble Judges of Supreme Court and  High Courts, Retired Judges of High Courts,

Officers of District Judiciary contributed their articles in the Journals.  Academy shall 

make every endeavor to publish Journal regularly.  Academy is thankful to all authors

who contributed their articles in the Journals.
